Dr Chris Rogers is a researcher at Massey University who was involved in a study looking at New Zealand Green lipped mussel in dogs with arthritis. The study,published in the New Zealand veterinary journal , showed that New Zealand Green lipped mussel assisted with joint health .This study looked at osteoarthritis in dogs rather than the much rarer dog rheumatoid arthritis
